Returns & Refunds for Damaged Products

We offer a 14-day return and refund policy for products that arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our support team on the contact page within 14 days of delivery with images of the damage to initiate a return or refund.

Returns for Change of Mind & Shipping Issues

Returns due to change of mind or shipping issues (such as lost or delayed packages) are only available if you purchased the Shipping Protection add-on at checkout. Without this protection, we are unable to process returns for these reasons.
